What is Quiz on Korea?
Quiz on Korea is an annual South Korean television game show organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea and KBS television, the national public broadcaster of Korea. The quiz tests participants’ general knowledge of Korea. Each year, preliminary rounds for the show are held in over 20 countries, and the national winner will participate in the final round of Quiz on Korea in Korea, representing their country. This year, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Houston and Houston Korean Education Center are very pleased to host the U.S. preliminary round in Houston!

Answer and explain in Korean
The winner of the U.S. preliminary round will receive an all-expenses paid trip to Korea to participate in the final round, representing the U.S. The final round of Quiz on Korea will be filmed at the KBS studios in Seoul, and broadcast on KBS as a special program for the Chuseok holidays in September. KBS World will also air the show for some 200 million people in 88 countries around the world to watch.

Any U.S. citizens who have interest in Korea are eligible.
Please just fill out the attached application form and submit it
to Korea.RSVP@gmail.com by April 10, 2018.
Please bring your photo ID on the event date.
